The KTM 790 / 890 Adventure R models are amazing go all and do just about everything bikes. The biggest problem is the suspension is not confidence inspiring. We have found the solution to this. The stock fork blows through travel and deflects, it doesn’t hold a line. The smaller KTM offroad bikes have the same problem. Our full revalve will replace the base valves as well as add a mid valve to the compression leg with valving specs for the big adventure bike and your riding. The stock shock feels very dead and gives no feedback, it chatters on washboards and doesn’t have a good feel. We use the tried and true Race Tech Gold Valve to unlock the shocks potential, paired with the Fork Revalve you’ll find yourself looking for holes to hit instead of avoiding them.

If you want the best out of your Adventure and looking for the extra suspension travel and ground clearance that the Rally has to offer, look no further.

With this system we will increase the travel on your forks by 30mm and offer an additional shock length to get you to the maximum allowable travel. We use longer dampening rods and shock shaft to achieve this. We will revalve both the fork and shock to the above spec and supply a new rear shock spring as well as fork springs if needed.
