Replaces the Mid-Valve and Compression valve with Gold Valves.  Tuned for your weight and riding style.  Better hold up with less deflection and harshness in the mid stroke.  Price includes labor, fluid and parts, does not include new seals.

Race Tech Spring Conversion – $598

Tired of the inconsistency and having to check the pressure of your Air Fork.  This will replace the air chamber with a spring.  Although heavier then the stock air chamber this eliminates the inconsistency you get with air and has the reliability of a traditional air fork.  The Race Tech conversion uses the lower mounting nut from your stock chamber and has internal pre-load adjustment.  Price includes parts, fluid, spring and labor to install. The price does not include wear items or sales tax.

Dal Soggio Spring Conversion

Dal Soggio Spring Conversion – $698

Tired of the inconsistency and having to check the pressure of your Air Fork.  This will replace the air chamber with a spring.  Although heavier then the stock air chamber this eliminates the inconsistency you get with air and has the reliability of a traditional air fork.  The Dal Soggio conversion is a drop in system with external pre-load adjustment.  Price includes parts, fluid, spring and labor to install.  The price does not include wear items or sales tax.

Lainer Suspension Epica Cartridge – $2,099

Our new EPICA Cartridge System is the culmination of years of experience, testing and development into a single project. The main goal for this project was to develop a highly tunable cartridge to allow riders to fine tune their forks in ways that was never before possible. Below is a break down of the key features of this innovative design.

  • Our bladder system prevents performance loss that can occur with standard internal spring systems (due to hydraulic support decay).
  • Internal oil compensation with increased volume for better high speed response.
  • Ability to tune bladder pressures via the side bleed spring.
  • EPICA cartridge incorporates Lainer’s Progressive Damping System (PDS) for increased hydraulic damping at the end stroke.
  • PDS system has up to 12 different adjustments for the end stroke stiffness.
  • High Speed compression piston is reversible with a large range of settings.

  • Reversible High Speed compression piston – outer diameter = 38 mm.
  • Side A (Flat valve surface) – 34mm OD shims for motocross and enduro.
  • Side B (Convex valve surface) – 32mm OD shims for supercross.
  • Option to configure Low Speed Valve (LSV) on compression base valve.
  • Cartridge rod diameter = 14 mm (for an increased oil flow).
  • Rebound piston diameter = 25mm for better hydraulic control.
  • Compression high/low speed shims ID 12 mm.
  • Maximum travel = 310 mm.

COMPRESSION REGULATOR

AUTOMATIC BLEED VALVE

The automatic bleed valves are calibrated one by one in our laboratory, to ensure the correct internal pressure.


BLADDER

The pressurized bladder system guarantees a greater sensitivity to the fork.


COMPRESSION PISTON

The compression piston is made in ERGAL 7075 with an hard oxidation treatment. The oil’s crossings are 4 and no more 3 to ensure a greater and more precise oil flow.


REBOUND PISTON

The compression piston is made in ERGAL 7075 with an hard oxidation treatment.

The 4 oil’s crossings decrease the wear of oil and shims. The slide camp (made with teflon treatment) serves to give a greater sensitivity to the hydraulic cartridge.


REBOUND REGULATOR

Thanks’ to 38 clicks available, it provides a wider and more precise regulation of rebound.


FAST PRELOAD

It gives the possibility to preload in a simple and fast the fork, without having to remove the hydraulic cartridge from the fork.


ROD OIL SEAL

The particular profile of the lip seal is adapted to avoid the slip-stick effect on the small movements of the shock.
